THE LOGISTICS
Book in a FREE 20 minute INTRODUCTION CALL (from anywhere via zoom) using the button BELOW.
- We will establish your current Health, Nutrition & Lifestyle baseline, and clarifying your challenges.
- Together we will discuss what it is like working with me, and answer any questions you may have.
- If we both believe proceeding further will be the right fit, we will confirm your first consult date/ time, and I will send you your pre-consult information.
- A comprehensive Pre-Consult Assessment Form will be sent to you digitally.
- Depending on the findings, we may require further testing, including Blood work/ urine testing through your GP or Gut Map testing available online. This will be discussed at this point, case by case.
- Calendar invites will be sent to ALL sessions in the program.
- Set up and start using communication app
- Payment is required up front, unless otherwise discussed.
- Review of your Pre-Consult Assessment Form, test results and Food Analysis from the app.
