STEP 1. apply for the program

Book in a FREE 20 minute INTRODUCTION CALL (from anywhere via zoom) using the button BELOW.

- We will establish your current Health, Nutrition & Lifestyle baseline, and clarifying your challenges.

- Together we will discuss what it is like working with me, and answer any questions you may have.

- If we both believe proceeding further will be the right fit, we will confirm your first consult date/ time, and I will send you your pre-consult information.

BEFORE your initial consult

- A comprehensive Pre-Consult Assessment Form will be sent to you digitally.

- Depending on the findings, we may require further testing, including Blood work/ urine testing through your GP or Gut Map testing available online. This will be discussed at this point, case by case.

- Calendar invites will be sent to ALL sessions in the program.

- Set up and start using communication app

- Payment is required up front, unless otherwise discussed.

WEEK 1. 30 minute initial assessment consult

- Review of your Pre-Consult Assessment Form, test results and Food Analysis from the app.

- Deep dive into your current Health, Nutrition & Lifestyle baseline, and clarifying your challenges

- From here I will take away a wealth of information to create your Action Plan.

- Set up & start using Messaging App

WEEK 2. 45-60 minute Implement Consult

- Delivery to your personalised Action Plan, a roadmap on exactly how to start taking action (and then build momentum) to see Results.

- Educational Documentation, Recipes and References all delivered in digital format via email.

WEEK 3. Continued accountability

- Continued accountability through food analysis and messaging App

- Trouble shooting mindset blocks, mishaps, organisation questions in real time (Monday- Friday, 10am-6pm)

WEEK 4. 30-45 minute review + adjustment consult

- Review the previous weeks action plan and make adjustments where necessary.

- Delivery of the next step on the Action Plan, building momentum.

- Educational Documentation, Recipes and References all delivered in digital format via email.
